सिविल लाइन पुलिस ने पनिहारी निवासी प्रभुराम पुत्र निक्कूराम की शिकायत पर हनुमानगढ़ निवासी सोनू के खिलाफ अमानत में खयानत का मामला दर्ज किया है।प्रभुराम ने अपनी शिकायत में बताया कि उसका बेटा जेल में कैद है। बीती 23 नवंबर को सोनू उसके पास आया और बताया कि वह उसके बेटे सत्यनारायण का दोस्त है। उसकी कोर्ट में पहचान है और वह सत्यनारायण को जमानत दिलवा देगा। उसकी बातों में आकर 24 नवंबर को वह अपने मोटरसाइकिल पर सोनू के साथ कचहरी आ गया। इस दौरान सोनू ने उसे कुछ कागज फोटोस्टेट के लिए दिए। जब वह फोटोस्टेट करवाकर लौटा तो न सोनू मौके पर मिला और न ही उसका मोटरसाइकिल। सोनू उसका मोटरसाइकिल ले गया। पुलिस ने भादंसं की धारा 406 के तहत मामला दर्जकर सोनू की तलाश शुरू कर दी है।
