वे लोग भोले-भाले और जरूरतमंद व्यक्ति की ताक में रहते है। गरीब और जरूरतमंद व्यक्ति को ईलाज अथवा अन्य घरेलू कार्यों की जरूरत के लिए मदद की नौटंकी करते है। तब भोला-भाला व्यक्ति इन्हें 'देवताÓ दिखाई पडऩे लगता है। सरगनाओं की बोली और कृत्य से ऐसा प्रतीत होता है कि देवदूत ने उन्हें दुखों से उबारने के लिए ही भेजा है। ऐसे लोगों के अहसान तले दबे लोग जल्द ही इनके झांसे में आ जाते है। तब उनकी ओर से 10 से 20 हजार रुपये प्रतिमाह आय का झांसा दिया जाता है। सामान्यतया 8-10 हजार तनख्वाह के लिए दिनरात एक करने वाले को इसमें भी ईश्वरीय इच्छा प्रतीत होती है और वे आंख मूंदकर वहीं करते जाते है, जैसा सरगना चाहते है। परिणाम स्वरूप फर्जी फर्मों के लिए दस्तावेज हासिल कर लिए जाते है, बैंकों में खाते खुल जाते है, कोरे चैक पर साइन भी करवा लिए जाते है। बदले में कुछ माह तक 10-20 हजार रुपये भी दिए जाते है। बिना कुछ करें-धरे जब पैसा मिलता है, तब फंसने वाले के पैर भी जमीन पर नहीं टिकते। कुछ समय तक फर्जी फर्मों का संचालन करने के बाद सरगना अपना पल्ला झाड़ लेते है। इसके बाद सरकारी महकमे फर्म का अता-पता पूछते हुए पहुंच जाते है और लाखों रुपये टैक्स अदायगी का नोटिस थमाते है। इसके बाद बिना काम के पैसे बटोरने वालों की नींद टूटती है, तब कथित धर्मात्मा और ईश्वर का अवतार दिखाई देने वाले फर्जी फर्मों के सरगनाओं की असलियत सामने आ पाती है। लेकिन तब तक देर हो चुकी होती है। सिरसा में जो मामले सामने आ चुके, सो तो है।

अभी सैकड़ों मामले सामने आना बाकी है। क्योंकि ख्वाबों की दुनियां दिखाने वालों का धंधा बदस्तूर जारी है।

सरगनाओं के है लंबे हाथ!
