दो करोड़ की लॉटरी का झांसा देकर 32 लाख ठगे,ठगों के जाल में फंसा तिगड़ी का जमींदार

पुलिस प्रशासन की ओर से लगातार जागरूक किए जाने के बावजूद लोग साइबर ठगों की गिरफ्त में फंसकर अपनी जमापूंजी गंवा रहे है।डबवाली सदर थाना क्षेत्र के गांव तिगड़ी के जमींदार ने दो करोड़ की लॉटरी के झांसे में आकर अपनी 32 लाख रुपये की जमा पंूजी गंवा दी। शिकायत मिलने पर पुलिस ने ठगों के खिलाफ धोखाधड़ी का मामला दर्जकर तलाश शुरू कर दी है।गांव तिगड़ी निवासी हरमेल सिंह पुत्र गुरदेव सिंह ने पुलिस में दर्ज करवाई अपनी शिकायत में बताया कि 10 नवंबर 2020 को एक फोन आया।

  फोन करने वाले ने स्वयं का नाम राणा प्रताप सिंह बताया और कहा कि उसकी दो करोड़ की लॉटरी निकली है। लॉटरी पर सरकार को टैक्स भरना है। इस बारे में जसपाल सिंह नामक व्यक्ति से बात करवाई। जसपाल सिंह ने उससे कहा कि वह सरकार का टैक्स भर देगा तो लॉटरी की रकम उसके खाते में आ जाएगी। उनकी बातों पर विश्वास करके सुजीत कुमार के खाते में 8 लाख 10 हजार रुपये, फिर दिनेश के खाते में डेढ़ लाख रुपये, संदीप कुमार के खाते में 3 लाख 54 हजार रुपये, शंकाटा के खाते में डेढ़ लाख रुपये, वीर सिंह के खाते में 2 लाख 36 हजार रुपये, अनिल के खाते में एक लाख एक हजार रुपये, सीता देवी के खाते में 2 लाख 45 हजार रुपये जमा करवाए। यह सिलसिला जारी रहा और आरोपियों ने उससे विकास के खाते में 30 हजार, गौरव के खाते में एक लाख, राजकुमार के खाते में 64 हजार, अनंत सिंह के खाते में 3 लाख 83 हजार, अविनाश के खाते में 26 हजार, वीके सिंह के खाते में 1 लाख 85 हजार रुपये, राजू रानी के खाते में 62100 रुपये, पंकज के खाते में 5 हजार, राजेश के खाते में 49 हजार, नवीन के खाते में एक लाख 20 हजार, प्रमोद यादव के खाते में 15 हजार, अनीता के खाते में 20 हजार, धीरज के खाते में एक लाख 55 हजार रुपये जमा करवाए। इस प्रकार कुल 32 लाख 60 हजार 600 रुपये विभिन्न बैंकों खातों में जमा करवा लिए। पीडि़त ने बताया कि लॉटरी की रकम हासिल करने के लिए उसने एक एकड़ जमीन बेचकर पैसा दिया। बाकी पैसा रिश्तेदारों से एकत्रित करके दिया था। जब उसने लॉटरी के पैसे का तकाजा किया तो कहा कि उन्होंने ठगी करनी थी, कर ली। हमारे खिलाफ कार्रवाई की तो जान से मरवा देंगे। पुलिस ने शिकायत के आधार पर आरोपियों के खिलाफ भादंसं की धारा 420, 379, 506 के तहत मामला दर्ज किया है।

साइबर ठगी बारे सचेत कर रही पुलिस

ठगों से आमजन को बचाने के लिए पुलिस अधीक्षक डा. अर्पित जैन की अगुवाई में जिला पुलिस द्वारा जागरूकता अभियान चलाया जा रहा है। स्कूल-कालेजों, गांव-गांव और चौपालों में जाकर लोगों को इससे बचने की सलाह दी जा रही है। पुलिस के लाख प्रयत्न के बावजूद कोई न कोई व्यक्ति ठगों के चंगुल में फंस ही जाता है और अपनी जमा पूंजी गंवा देता है। साइबर ठगों द्वारा बड़े सुनियोजित ढंग से ठग का धंधा संचालित किया जाता है। उनके द्वारा 1000 लोगों को फोन किए जाते है, इनमें एक भी फंस गया तो उनके लाखों के वारे-न्यारे हो जाते है। ठगों द्वारा पैसे की मांग बैंक खातों में की जाती है, ऐसे में लगता है कि यह वैध ही होगा। मगर, बैंक खाते भी दूसरों के इस्तेमाल किए जाते है। ऐसे में शातिर लोग पुलिस के हत्थे नहीं चढ़ पातें।

सीधा सवाल : टिकट नहीं खरीदी तब लॉटरी कैसी?

ठगों द्वारा अमूमन लॉटरी निकलने का झांसा दिया जाता है। लॉटरी पर लगने वाले टैक्स का तकाजा किया जाता है। टैक्स के रूप में शुरूआत में महज कुछ हजार रुपये की ही मांग की जाती है। यही से लालच पैदा होता है और टैक्स की मामूली रकम देकर बड़ी राशि हासिल होने की चाह में पैसा देने का सिलसिला शुरू होता है। एक बार पैसा देने के बाद ठगों द्वारा फिर से जीएसटी के नाम पर, इंकम टैक्स के नाम पर पैसे का तकाजा किया जाता है। हर बार पैसे की मांग की जाती है। यह सिलसिला तब तक चलता रहता है, जब तक ठगी का शिकार पैसा देता रहता है। पैसा देना बंद करने पर लूट का सिलसिला बंद हो जाता है। हैरानी की बात तो यह है कि ठगी का शिकार होने वालों द्वारा एक बार भी इस बात पर गौर नहीं किया जाता कि क्या उन्होंने लॉटरी की टिकट खरीदी थी? जब लॉटरी की टिकट ही नहीं खरीदी, तब ईनाम कैसे निकल सकता है? इतना-सा सवाल यदि अपने आप से पूछ लिया जाए तो ठगों के चंगुल में आने से बचा जा सकता है। यह भी कि करोड़ों रुपये की लॉटरी निकलने की खुशी ही अड़ोसी-पड़ौसी से सांझा कर ली जाए तो आसपास के लोग ही ठगों से बचाने में मदद कर सकते है। मगर, झांसे में आए लोग करोड़ों रुपये की लॉटरी की भनक अपने पासपड़ोस व रिश्तेदारों को भी नहीं लगने देना चाहते। इस वजह से नुकसान लगातार बढ़ता चला जाता है। जमा पूंजी खत्म हो जाती है और रिश्तेदारों से कर्ज लेने की नौबत आ जाती है। लोगों को इस बारे में सचेत होने की जरूरत है
